#Beautiful313Hub

A University of Michigan project sharing resources on local Detroit microgrants for sustainability efforts.

About Us

#Beautiful313 strives to help as many neighborhoods as possible secure environmental sustainability and beautification grants through the City of Detroit. By connecting the future visions of community development organizations, block clubs, non-profits, and religious associations with the funding capabilities of the city, #Beautiful313 aims to expand the utilization of public funds and to platform local communities' visions of their own environment.

Downtown Detroit is Back.mp4

We know that Detroit is changing...

and we believe that local Detroiters should be at the forefront of this city-wide transformation

Through microgrants like the Neighborhood Beautification Program, eligible organizations can anticipate:

- Thousands of dollars available in local city-sponsored grants
- Joining a community of over a hundred registered non-profits, block clubs, and faith groups who've already secured funding
- Annual application cycles with opportunities for repeat investment
